Remember when half of the World Wide Web was "under construction"? Animated GIFs, <blink> tags and grey backgrounds... Things were different then. It was a simpler time. No cascading style sheets. No web-based fonts. We had to make sure our GIFs were using the smallest palette possible and our JPGs were compressed nearly beyond recognition. RealAudio was a thing.
Where was I? Oh, right.
I transferred my domain name from GoDaddy over to Hover. While I was fixing the DNS, I ran into some problems getting it to point to Squarespace. I ended up moving from Squarespace v5 to v7 while fixing the problem. Importing the content was easy enough, but I'm forced to start over on design. That's probably a good thing in the long run, but I wasn't quite ready for it.
It turns out Squarespace v6 and up don't support MarsEdit or any other third party blogging apps. That blows.
So, here we are.
